Today on The Interrupted Podcast, I am joined by Jeff Thompson, the Executive Director of 10:12 Sports. Jeff is as authentic as they come, and he humbly shares his heart for reaching young people in West Baltimore by providing mentorship, character development, and camaraderie through sports. Jeff gives us a behind-the-scenes look at the organization of 10:12 Sports and the movement he has created with his leadership team. Jeff opens up and shares his story of how powerful men and women showed him how to live and give back to a community that has so much to offer. Jeff played football at the University of Delaware and had the opportunity to mentor youth in Wilmington, Delaware with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship after college and before moving to Baltimore. Jeff then took what he learned during his time in Wilmington and started a youth sports league and mentorship training program in now his home city of Baltimore, Maryland.
